The platform provides access to resources through a distributed European node network. Access is currently restricted to authorized members.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activities or in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable laws, or disrupts platform operations. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for violations of these terms.
4. Access & Termination
Access credentials are issued at our discretion and may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for operational and security reasons.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
